Belmont Survey District, Subject as to Parts to a Building-
line Restriction

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for State
housing purposes, subject as to land described in the said
Second Schedule, to notice of condition as to line of buildings
or hoardings K.36434, Wellington Land Registry; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 14th day of October 1957.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District con-
taining 1 rood 15·1 perches, situated in Block XIV, Belmont
Survey District, being Lot 157, D.P. 19429; being part Section
21, Lowry Bay District. Part certificate of title, Volume 345,
folio 254; Wellington Land Registry.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District con-
taining 10 acres and 14·74 perches, situated in Block XIV,
Belmont Survey District, being Lots 101 to 109, 116 to 139,
140 to 144, 147 to 151, 153 to 156 (all inclusive), and Lot
158, D.P. 19429; being parts Section 21, Lowry Bay District.
Parts certificates of title, Volume 345, folios 254 and 263,
Wellington Land Registry.

hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 14th day of October 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of the land in the Hawke's Bay Land District
containing 35·8 perches, situated in the City of Napier,
Hawke's Bay R.D., and being Lot 2, D.P. 1628, part Town
Section 437, Town of Napier. All certificate of title, H.B. Vol-

reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set
apart, for a public school; and I also declare that this Procla-
mation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of October
1957.

ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District
containing together 1 acre 1 rood 25·2 perches, being Lots 1
to 7 inclusive, D.P. S. 1617, being part Section 24, Block I,

ALL that public reserve in the South Auckland Land District

Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part
Lot 5, D.P. 41316, being part Allotments 19 and 20, Parish of
Manurewa; as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 154454 (S.O. 40387) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured yellow.
