A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of October 1957.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for electricity purposes (Waikato Steam Power Station); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of October 1957.

FIRST SCHEDULE

All that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, Auckland R.D., containing 1 acre 2 roods 4·1 perches, being Allotment 526, Whangamarino Parish. All certificate of title, Volume 740, folio 88, Auckland Land Registry; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153178 (S.O. 21556) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by William Hughes McAughtrie, of Omarama, sheep farmer, under and by virtue of special tenure lease No. 232, Volume 369, folio 153, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of October 1957.

All that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 1 acre 3 roods 10 perches, situated in Block XII, Benmore Survey District, Otago R.D., and being part Run 561; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154529 (S.O. 12387) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue and edged dark blue.
