A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a police station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of October 1957.

SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 1 rood 2 perches, situated in the Borough of Marton, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 114, Deeds Plan 480, being part Section 16, Rangitikei Agricultural Reserve. All certificate of title, Volume 337, folio 217, Wellington Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of October 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 25 acres 1 rood 16 5 perches, situated in Blocks I and II, Hamilton Survey District, City of Hamilton, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotments 27, 28, and 29, Te Rapa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154432 (S.O. 38854) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
