A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of October 1957.

SCHEDULE

All that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 26·6 perches, situated in the Borough of Te Kuiti, being Lot 3, D.P. S.785, being part Lots 4 and 5, Block IV, Town of Te Kuiti. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 435, folio 218, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of October 1957.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes (residences); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of October 1957.

SCHEDULE

All that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 1 acre and 0·91 perches, situated in the Borough of Upper Hutt, being Lots 48, 105, 109, 110, and 155, D.P. 18737, being parts Sections 89 and 90, Hutt District. Parts certificate of title, Volume 525, folio 298, Wellington Land Registry.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a police station, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes (residences); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of October 1957.

FIRST SCHEDULE

All that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 30 perches, situated in the Borough of Kawerau, being Lot 116, D.P. S. 4716, being part Allotment 315, Parish of Matata. Part certificate of title, Volume 1206, folio 141, Auckland Land Registry.

SECOND SCHEDULE

All those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District containing together 3 roods 26·9 perches, situated in the Borough of Kawerau, being Lots 20, 111, and 112, D.P. S. 4603, Lot 117, D.P. S. 4716, and Lot 145, D.P. S. 3392, being parts Allotment 315, Parish of Matata. Part certificate of title, Volume 1206, folio 141, Auckland Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Rita Mary Hollis, of Stratford, widow, under and by virtue of licence to occupy, Volume 207, folio 29, Taranaki Land Registry, is hereby taken, together with the benefit of the sewerage rights appurtenant thereto conferred by pipe line certificate registered No. W. 9064, Taranaki Land Registry, for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of October 1957.

SCHEDULE

All that piece of land in the Taranaki Land District containing 34·58 perches, situated in the Borough of Stratford, Taranaki R.D., and being Lot 6, D.P. 7161, being part Section 30, Block I, Ngaere Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 145, folio 319, Taranaki Land Registry.
