A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 14th day of October 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the Nelson Land District, situated
in the Wakapuaka Survey District, Nelson R.D., described as
follows:
A. R. P.
Being
0 0 2•9 Part Section III, District of Suburban North,
Block V; coloured sepia on plan.
0 0 7•8 Part Section 22, Block VI; coloured orange on
plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 152709 (S.O. 9937) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as
above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development
of water power (sub-station); and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of
October 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the Southland Land District
containing 2 roods 9·9 perches, situated in Block X, Waiau
Survey District, and being part Section 41, Merrivale Settle-
ment. All the land in Proclamation No. 150501, Southland
Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

hereby proclaim and declare that the portions of a public
domain described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart
for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of the Auckland-
Hamilton motorway; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 14th day of October 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of public domain in the North Auckland
Land District, situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District,
Borough of Otahuhu, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

ment of the Auckland-Hamilton motorway, is hereby set
apart for a public school; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of
October 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District
containing 5 acres and 17 perches, situated in Block XIV,
Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part
Lot 1, D.P. 4199, being part Allotment 13, Parish of Papa-
kura; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 154496 (S.O. 40283) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
yellow.

Schedule hereto, now held for defence purposes, is hereby set
apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 14th day of October 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District con-
taining 1 acre 3 roods 25·3 perches, situated in Block XIV,
Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part
Lot 6, D.P. 386, part Lot 10, D.P. 14373, and part Lot 2,
D.P. 14929, being part Rural Sections 1503 and 1676; as the
same is more particularly delineated, on the plan marked
P.W.D. 153325 (S.O. 9098) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of
October 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the Hawke's Bay Land District con-
taining 2 acres and 14·2 perches, situated in the City of Napier,
Hawke's Bay R.D., and being part Te Whare-o-Maraenui
Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 154508 (S.O. 2791) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
orange.
