Crown Land Set Apart for Buildings of the General Government in Block XVI, Mangaoparo Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for buildings of the general government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of October 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Gisborne Land District containing 1 rood 37Β·5 perches, situated in Block XVI, Mangaoparo Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being Lots 5 and 6, D.P. 4076, part Manutahi 1A Block. (Town of Ruatoria Extension No. 20.) Part certificate of title, Volume 100, folio 31, Gisborne Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of October 1957.

Crown Land Set Apart, Subject to an Easement, for a Post Office in Block IX, Christchurch Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, subject to the water easement created by deed of grant, Volume 678, folio 77, Canterbury Land Registry, for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of October 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the Canterbury Land District containing 7Β·3 perches, situated in Block IX, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being Lot 8, D.P. 18496, being part Rural Section 4447. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 598, folio 40, Canterbury Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of October 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of October 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 1 acre 3 roods 10 perches, situated in Block XII, Benmore Survey District, Otago R.D., and being part Run 561; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154529 (S.O. 12387) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue and edged dark blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of October 1957.
