Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in Block X, Kaitieke Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of October 1957.

ALL that piece of Crown land in the Wellington Land District containing 1 rood, situated in Block X, Kaitieke Survey District, being Section 2, Block III, Town of Kaitieke, as shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington as No. S.O. 16110.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of September 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of October 1957.

ALL that piece of Crown land in the Wellington Land District containing 9 acres 3 roods 37 perches, situated in Block V, Karioi Survey District, Borough of Ohakune, Wellington R.D., being Village-Homestead Allotment No. 43, Ohakune Village Settlement. Formerly all leasehold certificate of title, Volume 13A, folio 192, Wellington Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the purposes of a State highway depot, is hereby set apart for a police station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of October 1957.
