COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of October 1957.


SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, Auckland R.D., containing 1 rood, being part Section 1, Block I, Wharepapa Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154430 (S.O. 38602) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of September 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of October 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 15·32 perches, situated in the Borough of Mount Maunganui, being Lots 27 and 28, D.P. 34083, being part Section 10, Block VII, Tauranga Survey District. All certificate of title Volume 886, folio 247, Auckland Land Registry.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 36·5 perches, situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 6, D.P. 32570, being part Allotment 18, Parish of Manurewa; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154431 (S.O. 40419) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
