A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of September 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 acre 2 roods, situated in Block IV, Mahurangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 6, Matakana Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154324 (S.O. 40195) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teachers' hostel; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of September 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 32 perches, situated in the Borough of Kaikohe, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 46, D.P. 36638. All certificate of title, Volume 1117, folio 286, Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, subject to the right of way and drainage right reserved by memorandum of transfer No. 145921 and subject as to part to memorandum of lease No. 14594, Wellington Land Registry, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, together with the rights of way appurtenant thereto contained in memoranda of transfer Nos. 15346, 16388, and 18627, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of September 1957.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 3.5 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, being part of Town Section 349, and being also Lot 1, D.P. 5684. All certificate of title, Volume 302, folio 44, Wellington Land Registry.
