A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to Lot 31, D.P.
19612, to the stormwater drainage rights created in and by
memorandum of transfer No. 211097, Auckland Land Registry,
for an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 30th day of September 1957.
SCHEDULE
All those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District,
situated in Block IX, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland
R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the deposit and disposal
of refuse and rubbish and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors,
and Citizens of the Borough of Morrinsville as from the date
hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 30th day of September
1957.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District
containing 3 acres and 26 perches, situated in Block VI,
Maungakawa Survey District, being Lot 21, D.P. 15222, being
part Motumaoho No. 2 Block. Part certificate of title, Volume
891, folio 265, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-

also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and

containing 4 acres 3 roods 28·7 perches, situated in Block
X, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being
part Lot 1, D.P. 9146, being part Allotment 3, Waipareira
Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 154359 (S.O. 40325) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
yellow.

declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after

containing 1 acre 2 roods 20·6 perches, situated in Block
XIII, Drury Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part
Land on D.P. 474, being part Allotment 12, Parish of Puni;

P.W.D. 154358 (S.O. 40269) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
