Auckland on the 27th day of September 1957 at 10 o'clock

company desirous to support or oppose the making of an
order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing

ing Mr V. G. Spiller, counsel for the applicant, it was ordered
that the order of adjudication, dated the 17th day of April
1956, against the said James Allison McGill, of Christchurch,
be annulled.

TAKE notice that, on the application of Graham Roy Clothier,
of Christchurch, and upon reading the notice of motion for
annulment of adjudication and the affidavit filed in support
thereof and the report of the official assignee, and upon
hearing Mr J. G. Leggat, counsel for the applicant, it was
ordered that the order of adjudication, dated the 22nd day
of February 1957, against the said Graham Roy Clothier, of
Christchurch, be annulled.

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

The Wellington City Aerodrome Development Loan No. 3,
1956, of £200,000

The following resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the
Wellington City Council held on 11 September 1957.

Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Wellington City Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of two hundred thousand pounds (£200,000), to be
known as the Wellington City Aerodrome Development Loan
No. 3, 1956, authorised to be raised by the Wellington City
Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of
carrying out works associated with the Rongotai Aerodrome
Development Scheme, the Wellington City Council hereby
makes a special rate of eighty-seven/eight-hundredths of a
penny (87/800d.) in the pound on the rateable value (on the
basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within
the City of Wellington; and that the said special rate shall be
an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the said loan
and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each
and every year during the currency of the said loan, being a
period not exceeding twenty (20) years, or until the loan is
fully paid off."

GORE BOROUGH COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Staff Housing Loan 1957, £2,500

Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Gore
Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges
on a loan of £2,500 authorised to be raised by the Gore
Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for staff
housing, the said Council hereby makes a special rate of 0·062
pence in the pound upon the rateable unimproved value
of all rateable property of the Borough of Gore; and that
the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the
currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day
of April of each and every year during the currency of the
loan, being a period of twenty-five years, or until the loan
is fully paid off."
