A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to the land lastly described in the said Schedule, to the building-line restriction contained in Notice S.83593, Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of September 1957.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of September 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 1 perch, situated in the Borough of Whangarei, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 4, Deeds Plan 397. All certificate of title, Volume 544, folio 157, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 4th day of July 1957, and published in Gazette, 11 July 1957, No. 50, page 1280, setting apart for road land held for better utilisation in Block XIV, Akatarawa Survey District, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of September 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 1 acre 1 rood 5 perches, situated in Block XIV, Akatarawa Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Sections 298 and 299, Hutt District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153441 (S.O. 23498) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 14·9 perches, situated in Block IV, Ruakaka Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 15, Parish of Manaia; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154245 (S.O. 39825) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE

LAND TAKEN FOR ROAD

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 2·4 perches, situated in Block IV, Ruakaka Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 15, Parish of Manaia; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154245 (S.O. 39825) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.
