Crown Land Set Apart for a Public School in Block VII,
Waikaia Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 16th day of September 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the Southland Land District
containing 3 acres and 2 perches, situated in Block VII,
Waikaia Survey District, Southland R.D., and being Section
23 (formerly part Run 327c); as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153759 (S.O. 5422)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works, at Welling-
ton and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 3rd day of September 1957.

Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for Police
Purposes (Residence) in the Borough of Otorohanga
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is
hereby set apart for police purposes (residence); and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
16th day of September 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District
containing 33 perches, situated in Block IV, Orahiri Survey
District, Borough of Otorohanga, being Lot 3, D.P. S. 516,
being part Allotment 3, Block VII, Otorohanga Maori Town-
ship. Part certificate of title, Volume 833, folio 6, Auckland
Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 10th day of September 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 16th day of September 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District,
situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District, Auckland
R.D., containing 2 roods 8ยท4 perches, being part Allotment 33A,
Pukete Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked P.W.D. 154274 (S.O. 38526) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 10th day of September 1957.
