Stopping Government Road in Block XIX, Nuhaka North Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no longer required.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of road in the Hawke’s Bay Land District containing 3 roods 37·5 perches, situated in Block XIX, Nuhaka North Survey District, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and adjoining Section 7A and part Section 5; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154032 (S.O. 2980) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of September 1957.

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
WAIAHA No. 1c 2 Block, situated in Blocks X and XI, Russell Survey District: Area, 717 acres, more or less. Shown bordered red on plan No. 6/17 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington. (M.L. Plan 13903.)

Also Allotment 80, Parish of Mairetahi, situated in Blocks II, IV, and V, Waioneke Survey District.

Total area, 16,150 acres, more or less. As shown on plan No. 16/9 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. Plan 39853.)
