A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District, situated in Block X, Kairanga Survey District, City of Palmerston North, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

Being
0 0 4·46 Part Lot 26, D.P. 15409, being part Suburban Section 1026, Township of Palmerston North; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 4·46 Part Lot 27, D.P. 15409, being part Suburban Sections 1026 and 1028, Township of Palmerston North; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 2·16 Part Lot 54, D.P. 15409, being part Section 1026, Township of Palmerston North; coloured sepia on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154143 (S.O. 23637) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

ALL that piece of road in the Wellington Land District containing 124 acres 2 roods, situated in the Akatarawa Survey District, Wellington R.D., and adjoining Sections 15 and 17, Block I; Sections 1 to 5 (inclusive), Block V; Sections 1 to 7 (inclusive), Block VI; Sections 8 to 13 (inclusive), Block IX; Sections 1 to 5 (inclusive), Block X; and Section 14, Block IX; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154260 (S.O. 23382) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
