Additional Land Taken for a Technical School in Block XV, Omapere Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a technical school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of September 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block XV, Omapere Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

Being
A. R. P.
40 3 10 Part Section 2; coloured sepia on plan.
0 2 18 Part Section 2; coloured sepia, edged sepia on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152620 (S.O. 36559) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of September 1957.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of September 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 12 acres 1 rood 37·6 perches, situated in the Borough of Dargaville, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 2, D.P. 15643. Balance certificate of title, Volume 652, folio 67, Auckland Land Registry.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 25·1 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, being Lot 2 and part Lot 3, D.P. 299, being part Section 3, Kaiwarra District. All certificate of title, Volume 47, folio 114, Wellington Land Registry.

Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for a Public School in Block III, Puniu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and also hereby declare that an easement is hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way, together with the right for Her Majesty’s servants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees from time to time and at all times hereafter by day or night to go, pass, and repass, with or without vehicles, horses, or other animals, carts, carriages, and motor vehicles, and machinery of all descriptions and laden, or unladen, over and along the land described in the said Second Schedule and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way for the purpose of providing access to the said public school, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of September 1957.
