A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes (residences); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of September 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a soil conservation reserve; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of September 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 33·4 perches, situated in Block III, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 39, Section 1 of small lots near the Village of Howick; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154251 (S.O. 39937) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
