Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block VII, Monowai Survey District, and in Block XXIX, Takitimu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of September 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of Crown land in the Southland Land District, Southland R.D., described as follows:

Situated in Block VIII, Monowai Survey District:

A. R. P. Being
1 1 10·3 Part Run 413; coloured blue on plan.

Situated in Block XXIX, Takitimu Survey District:

A. R. P. Being
0 1 5·9 Part river bed, Waiau River; coloured sepia on plan.
21 0 30 Part Run 173c; coloured orange on plan.
0 1 3·7 Part stream bed, Waicoe Stream; coloured sepia on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154190 (S.O. 6354) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of August 1957.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto, and the land now held for better utilisation described in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby set apart for paddocking driven cattle; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of September 1957.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of Crown land in the South Auckland Land District containing 19·4 perches, situated in Block XV, Patetere North Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part closed road in Proclamation 2164; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151932 (S.O. 37342) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia, edged sepia.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block XV, Patetere North Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of September 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District containing together 1 rood 25·2 perches, situated in the Borough of Te Puke, being Lots 17 and 23, D.P. S. 3940, being part Section 42, Block II, Maketu Survey District. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 124, folio 149, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of August 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the First Schedule hereto and the Crown land described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for the development of water power (Kikiwa Substation); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of September 1957.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Nelson Land District containing 22 acres 3 roods 19 perches, situated in Block I, Motupiko Survey District, Nelson R.D., being part Section 8 of the said block; coloured orange on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of Crown land in the Nelson Land District containing 5 acres, situated in Block I, Motupiko Survey District, Nelson R.D., being Section 22 of the said block; coloured sepia on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154259 (S.O. 9984) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
