A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
2nd day of September 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 6 acres 1 rood 9 perches, situated in the Borough of
Kaiapoi, and Blocks XV and XVI, Rangiora Survey District,
being part Lot 3, D.P. 17065, being part Rural Section 1260;
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 154170 (S.O. 9158) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator

Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 2nd day of September 1957.
