Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Mount Maunganui

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of September 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District situated in Block VII, Tauranga Survey District, Borough of Mount Maunganui, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for drainage purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Gisborne as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of September 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the Gisborne Land District containing 2 acres 1 rood 6·3 perches, situated in the City of Gisborne, Gisborne R.D., and being Lots 1 to 10 (both inclusive), D.P. 2766, part Whataupoko No. 3 Block. Part certificate of title, Volume 85, folio 186, Gisborne Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a metal pit; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of September 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 1 acre and 30·6 perches, situated in Block XIV, Ohinewaruwa Survey District, Borough of Taihape, Wellington R.D., being part Section 85, Taihape Village Settlement; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154128 (S.O. 23820) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the drainage easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 89, Canterbury Land Registry, and together with the drainage easement reserved by memorandum of transfer No. 266674, Canterbury Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of September 1957.
