Portion of Public Reserve Set Apart for Road in Block I, Waiopohu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of September 1957.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Wellington Land District, containing 1·9 perches, situated in Block I, Waiopohu Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 72, Levin Village Settlement; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154144 (S.O. 23734) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of August 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of September 1957.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of public reserve in the Otago Land District containing 5 acres 3 roods 12·4 perches, situated in Block II, Oamaru Survey District, Otago R.D., being part Lot 54, D.P. 401, being also part Section 62; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154171 (S.O. 12468) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of August 1957.

LAND TAKEN FOR AN AUTOMATIC TELEPHONE EXCHANGE
All that piece of land in the Taranaki Land District containing 14·2 perches, situated in Block IV, Waimate Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being part Section 125; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154127 (S.O. 8829) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
SECOND SCHEDULE
LAND TAKEN FOR ROAD
All that piece of land in the Taranaki Land District containing 2·6 perches, situated in Block IV, Waimate Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being part Section 125; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154127 (S.O. 8829) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken, subject as to the land secondly described in the First Schedule hereto, to the drainage easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 440391, Auckland Land Registry, for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of September 1957.

All those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block XIV, Kaipara Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 acre and 34·1 perches, situated in Block XIV, Kaipara Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 11 and 12, D.P. 19757. All certificate of title, Volume 990, folio 66, Auckland Land Registry.
