Crown Land Set Apart for an Automatic Telephone Exchange in Block II, Kawatiri Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of September 1957.

SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Nelson Land District containing 12·1 perches, situated in Block II, Kawatiri Survey District, Nelson R.D., and being Section 93 (formerly closed road); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153046 (S.O. 9948) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of August 1957.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development of water power (Arnold River Power Scheme); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of September 1957.

SCHEDULE
All that piece of Crown land in the Westland Land District containing 1 acre 1 rood 25·5 perches, situated in Blocks III and IV, Hohonu Survey District, Westland R.D., being Rural Section 4167 (formerly closed road adjoining part Rural Sections 858 and 3000); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154173 (S.O. 2843) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

All that piece of Crown land in the South Auckland Land District containing 3 roods 23 perches, situated in Block VI, Patetere North Survey District, Borough of Putaruru, being Section 97A, Selwyn Settlement, as shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland as No. S.O. 14762.

SCHEDULE
All that piece of Crown land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 16·8 perches, situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Mount Wellington, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 377, D.P. 43070. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1192, folio 45, Auckland Land Registry.

All that public reserve in the South Auckland Land District containing 28 perches, situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District, being Allotment 266, Section 1, Town of Tauranga, as shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland as No. S.O. 31260.
