Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power
(Roxburgh Power Scheme: Lake Hawea Control).

SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing
20 acres 2 roods 17 perches, situated in Block IV, Lower
Hawea Survey District, Otago D.R., and being part Sections
6 and 7; as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 154098 (S.O. 12361) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 20th day of August 1957.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of
August 1957.

SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District,
situated in Block XIV, Rangiriri Survey District, Auckland
R.D., described as follows:

Pepepe Parish; coloured yellow on plan.
0 0 7·8 Part Lot 1, D.P. 27739, being part Allotment 63,
Pepepe Parish; coloured sepia on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 153566 (S.O. 36410) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric
Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the
Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District
containing together 1 acre and 14·2 perches, situated in the
Borough of Thames, being Lot 31, D.P. S. 1393, and Lot 29,
D.P. S. 1781, being part Korokoro A Block, and part Lots 8,
9, 52, and 52A of a block of land originally granted to the
trustees of the Church Mission Society. Part certificate of
title, Volume 565, folio 240, Auckland Land Registry (limited
as to parcels).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New

3 acres 1 rood, situated in Block XI, Kaniere Survey
District, Westland R.D., being part Reserve 1177; as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 154099 (S.O. 4782) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
