Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, 1, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for police purposes; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
26th day of August 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing
1 rood 18.4 perches, situated in Block X, Town of Ranfurly,

woman, under and by virtue of renewable lease, Volume 13A,
folio 192, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for a
secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 26th day of August 1957.
