Public Reserve Taken for a Teacher's Residence in the Borough of Runanga

Administrator of the Government
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher's residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of August 1957.

SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Westland Land District containing 1 rood, situated in the Borough of Runanga, being Reserve 414 (formerly Section 11, Block XXI, Town of Runanga). Part certificate of title, Volume 29, folio 21, Westland Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of August 1957.

Public Reserve Taken for Buildings of the General Government in the Borough of Alexandra

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Public Reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of August 1957.

SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Public Reserve in the Otago Land District containing 2 roods 11·69 perches, situated in Block XLI, Town of Alexandra, Borough of Alexandra, Otago R.D., and being part Section 1; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154117 (S.O. 12333) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of August 1957.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of August 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 13·51 perches, situated in Block XLI, Town of Alexandra, Borough of Alexandra, Otago R.D., being part Section 16; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154117 (S.O. 12333) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of August 1957.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of August 1957.

FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, Auckland R.D., containing 1 rood, being part Section 2, Block VI, Galatea Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154093 (S.O. 37266) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, Auckland R.D., containing 8 perches, being part Section 2, Block VI, Galatea Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154093 (S.O. 37266) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of August 1957.

ALL those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District, situated in the City of Wanganui, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 10·18 perches, situated in Block V, Westmere Survey District, City of Wanganui, Wellington R.D., being part Section 177, Town of Wanganui; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154015 (S.O. 23879) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
