Authorising the Laying Off of Burnton Street (Extension) and Pinny Avenue (Extension) in the City of Lower Hutt, of Widths Less Than 66 ft., Subject to Conditions as to Building Line

Pursuant to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Lower Hutt City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street first described in the Schedule hereto of a width of less than 66 ft., but not less than 50 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting that proposed street within a distance of 40 ft. from the centre line of that street, and the proposed street secondly described in the Schedule hereto at a width of less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting that proposed street within a distance of 35 ft. from the centre line of that street.

SCHEDULE

THAT proposed street in the Wellington Land District, City of Lower Hutt, Wellington, R.D. being an extension of Burnton Street, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 32·82 perches, fronting a subdivision of Lot 2, D.P. 12084, Lot 2, D.P. 13229, and Section 90, Epuni Hamlet.
Also that proposed street in the said land district and city, being an extension of Pinny Avenue, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 22·6 perches, fronting a subdivision of part Lot 23, D.P. 1262, being part Section 30, Hutt District, and of parts Sections 87, 90, and 92, Epuni Hamlet.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154009 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Pursuant to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Hawera Borough Council to lay off the proposed streets described in the Schedule hereto to be known as Bone Crescent and Pacey Avenue at a width for part of their lengths of less than 66 ft., and not less than 50 ft.; as Reid Avenue at a width of less than 66 ft., but not less than 49 ft. 4 in.; and as Sutton Place at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 26 and 27 of a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan referred to in the Schedule hereto within a distance of 8 ft. from the side lines of the said Sutton Place, or of 15 ft. from the side line of the said Reid Avenue, or on the balance of the land in the said subdivision within a distance of 15 ft. from the side lines of the said streets.

SCHEDULE

THAT proposed street in the Taranaki Land District, Borough of Hawera, to be known as Bone Crescent, containing by admeasurements 3 roods 3·96 perches, more or less, being part Section 153 (D.P. 3972), Patea District.
Also that proposed street in the said land district and borough, to be known as Sutton Place, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 1·46 perches, more or less, being part Section 153 (D.P. 3972), Patea District.
Also that proposed street in the said land district and borough to be known as Pacey Avenue, containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 31·58 perches, more or less, being part Section 153 (D.P. 3972), Patea District.
Also that proposed street in the said land district and borough to be known as Reid Avenue, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 1 rood 18·5 perches, more or less, being part Section 153 (D.P. 3972), Patea District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153417 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Pursuant to section 131 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council dated the 24th day of March 1952, published in Gazette, 27 March 1952, Volume I, page 432, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 2237, authorising the laying off of, inter alia, a portion of street known as Redwood Street subject to a condition as to the building line, by varying the condition with regard to the building line imposed by the said Order in Council so that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 3 and 4, D.P. 16832, within a distance of 40 ft. from the centre line of the said street.

ALL that piece of road in the North Auckland Land District containing 2 roods 18·7 perches, situated in Block I, Maramarua Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining part Allotment 189 and part Allotment 189A, Parish of Mangatawhiri; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154079 (S.O. 40065) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
