A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of road in the Wellington Land District, situated in Block I, Mount Robinson Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P.
0 0 39·7 Adjoining public road.
1 3 1·6 Adjoining Lot 4, D.P. 2530, being part Rural Section 265, Township of Foxton.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153884 (S.O. 23822) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of August 1957.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of road in the North Auckland Land District containing 26·95 perches, situated in Block VIII, Ruakaka Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining Allotments 1, 12, and 13, Section 2 and part Section 2, Town of Marsden; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154057 (S.O. 39979) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no longer required.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of road in the North Auckland Land District containing 2 roods 18·7 perches, situated in Block I, Maramarua Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining part Allotment 189 and part Allotment 189A, Parish of Mangatawhiri; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154079 (S.O. 40065) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the stopped Government road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of August 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of stopped Government road in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block I, Maramarua Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P.
0 1 4·7 Part stopped road in Proclamation 8036.
0 0 35·9 Part stopped road in Proclamation 8036.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154079 (S.O. 40065) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Allocating Land Taken for Railway Purposes at Coalgate to the Purposes of a Road

H. E. BARROWCLOUGH,
Administrator of the Government

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a road; and that the said road shall be under the control of the Malvern County Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of railway land allocated to road: 1 acre 2 roods 22·2 perches.

Part Railway Reserve 1332, situated in Block VIII, Hororata Survey District, Malvern County. (S.O. 9173.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 14926 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of August 1957.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Government Railways Act 1949, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for railway purposes.

SCHEDULE

ALL that portion of land containing 32 perches, situated in the Normanby Town District, being Lot 138, Block XI, D.P. 4, being part Section 561, Patea District, and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 2, folio 129 (Taranaki Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of August 1957.
