Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric
Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the
Schedule hereto.

in Block I, Naseby Survey District, Otago R.D., described as

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric
Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the
First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the
road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also
hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto
for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.
