A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of August 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block XIV, Komakorau Survey District, containing 1 acre and 22·2 perches, being Lot 5, D.P. 7888, being part Allotment 187, Kirikiri oa Parish. All certificate of title, Volume 902, folio 69, Auckland Land Registry.
