Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block I, Maramarua Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of August 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the North Auckland Land District containing 26·4 perches, situated in Block I, Maramarua Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 189A, Parish of Mangatawhiri; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154079 (S.O. 40065) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of August 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of August 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 1 rood 19·5 perches, situated in Block VII, Cheviot Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being Rural Section 38467; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154057 (S.O. 9182) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of August 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of August 1957.

ALL that piece of Crown land in the North Auckland Land District containing 37·9 perches, situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of Mount Roskill, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 74, D.P. 42011. Formerly part certificates of title, Volume 728, folio 44, and Volume 728, folio 45, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of August 1957.
