A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a gravel pit, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Patangata as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of August 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District containing 14 acres 1 rood, situated in Block II, Motuotaraia Survey District, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being parts Lots 29, 30, 31, 38, and 39, D.D.P. 158, part Block 16, Waipukurau Crown Grant District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153391 (S.O. 2957) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
