A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land
described in the Schedule hereto as provisional State forest
land.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY
PART Section 10, Block XII, Waikawa Survey District, South-
land County: Area, 486 acres 2 roods 18·3 perches, more or
less. Shown bordered red on plan No. 217/18 deposited in
the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wel-
lington. (S.O. Plans 2987 and 4306.)

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 12th day of August 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land containing 1 rood, more or less, situated
in the Borough of Oamaru, being Section 8, Block V, of the
Town of Oamaru, as shown on plan endorsed on conveyance
registered in the Deeds Register Office at Dunedin as No.
89822 and being the whole of the land in certificate of title,
Volume 241, folio 203. (Otago Registry.)

the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the
Kaipara-Waikato Railway.

Being part street.
Situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more

posited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington,
and thereon coloured green, edged green.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrow-
clough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a
street, and that the said street shall be under the control of the Upper
Hutt Borough Council and shall be maintained by the said Council
in like manner as other public highways are controlled and main-
tained by the said Council.
