A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT-AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
PUKEPOTO No. 4A 1 and 4B 2 Block, situated in Block IX, Takahue Survey District, Mangonui County: Area, 84 acres and 2 roods, more or less. As shown on plan No. 4/27 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (M.L. Plan 12907.)

ALL that area in Golden Bay County containing 394 acres, more or less, situated in Blocks IV and VIII, Waitapu Survey District, and bounded generally as follows:
Towards the north-east by part of Section 6, Block IV, Waitapu Survey District-provisional State forest (Gazette, 1938, page 1896), and Section 25, Block VIII, Waitapu Survey District-water conservation reserve (Gazette, 1951, page 1043); towards the south-east by part of Section 6, Block VIII aforesaid-scenic reserve (Gazette, 1942, page 2550); and towards the north-west by provisional State forest (Gazette, 1920, page 928). As shown bordered red on plan No. 99/15 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
