Public Reserve Set Apart for Police Purposes in the Borough of Bluff

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for police purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of August 1957.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Southland Land District containing 19·6 perches, situated in the Borough of Bluff, South-land R.D., being Sections 2A, 2B, and 6A, Block XII, Town of Campbelltown.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of August 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for better utilisation, is hereby set apart for State housing purposes, subject as to the land first and secondly described to Notices of Condition as to line of buildings or hoardings imposed by K.38031, K.38032, and K.38033, Wellington Land Registry; and as to the land thirdly described, together with the right of road appurtenant thereto over Takapuwahia D.2, created by Order of Court 7392; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of August 1957.

All those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District, situated in Block I, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart, subject to the drainage easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 215267, Auckland Land Registry, for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of August 1957.

All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 28·6 perches, situated in the Borough of Mount Albert, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 71, D.P. 5007. All certificate of title, Volume 827, folio 185, Auckland Land Registry.
