Crown Land Set Apart for the Purposes of a Public School
in Block III, Lewis Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a
public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 12th day of August 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the Nelson Land District
containing 32 perches, situated in Block III, Lewis Survey
District, Nelson R.D., being Section 10, Town of Springs
Junction; as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 154024 (S.O. 9245) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 6th day of August 1957.

Lower Hutt

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 12th day of August 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District
containing 4 acres 3 roods 23 perches, situated in the City
of Lower Hutt, being all the land in Proclamation No. 5231,
Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 6th day of August 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, subject as to Lots 17,
36 to 38, and 40 to 44 (all inclusive), D.P. 43335, to the
building-line restriction contained in Special Order K. 56089,
Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 12th day of August 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the North Auckland Land
District containing 2 acres 2 roods 7·2 perches, situated in
the Borough of Manurewa, Auckland R.D., and being Lots
15 to 17, 36 to 38, and 40 to 44 (all inclusive), D.P. 43335.
Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1193, folio 69,
Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 1st day of August 1957.
