A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, 1,
Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrow-
clogh, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand,
hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to
be street.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District
containing 4 acres 2 roods 7Β·3 perches, situated in Block
XIII, Galatea Survey District, Town District of Murupara,
being part Whirinaki No. 1, Section 2; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153781
(M.L. 17522) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 30th day of July 1957.

Crown Land Set Apart for Defence Purposes in Block I,
Rimutaka Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, 1, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for defence purposes; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 5th day of August 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District con-
taining 3 roods, situated in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District,
being all the land in Notice No. K. 39958, Wellington Land
Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 30th day of July 1957.

Block XIV, Belmont Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, 1, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing pur-
poses; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 5th day of August 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District con-
taining 2 acres 3 roods 16 perches, situated in Block XIV,
Belmont Survey District, being Section 5s, Waddington Settle-
ment, being subdivision of Section 41, Hutt District. (S.O.
Plan 17321.)

Setting Apart for Health Purposes (District Nurse's Residence)
Land Held for a Police Station in Block X, Rangaunu
Survey District, and Revoking Previous Proclamation

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, 1, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
revoke the Proclamation dated the 13th day of September
1955, and published in Gazette, 15 September 1955, Volume
II, page 1422, setting apart for health purposes (district
nurse's residence) in Block X, Rangaunu Survey District, land
held for a police station, and hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for
a police station, is hereby set apart for health purposes (dis-
trict nurse's residence); and I also declare that this Proclama-
tion shall take effect on and after the 5th day of August 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District
containing 32 perches, situated in Block X, Rangaunu Survey
District, Auckland R.D., and being part Section 7s, Awanui
Settlement; as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 153927 (S.O. 40169) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 30th day of July 1957.

Altering the Boundaries of the Tauranga Electric Power
District
H. E. BARROWCLOUGH,
Administrator of the Government
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, 1, Major-
General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough,
the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
alter the boundaries of the Tauranga Electric Power District
so as to include therein the area described in the Schedule
hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Tauranga County in the South Auckland
Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point in
the middle of the Mangorewa River in line with the northern
boundary of Section 9, Block I, Rotoiti Survey District, and
running north-easterly, easterly, and then southerly along the
generally southern boundary of the Tauranga Electric Power
District, as described in Gazette, No. 14, of the 9th day of
March 1950, at page 238, to the north-eastern corner of Te
Rotoiti No. 3v Block in Block IV, Rotoiti Survey District;
thence westerly generally along the northern boundary of the
said No. 3v Block, the abutment of a public road, and again
the northern boundary of the said No. 3v Block, along a right
line being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the
middle of the Pokopoko Stream, and down the middle of that
stream to a point in line with the northern boundary of part
Waipapa No. 1D Block; thence along a right line to and along
the northern boundary of the said part No. 1D Block and along
another right line being that boundary produced to the middle
of the Te Ngae-Paengaroa Main Highway; thence along the
middle of the said highway to a point in line with the north-
eastern boundary of Okere No. 1E Block, and along a right
line to and along that north-eastern boundary, and along
another right line being the said north-eastern boun-
dary produced to the middle of the Kaituna River;
thence down the middle of that river to a point
in Block XIV, Maketu Survey District, in line with the
northern boundary of Ngatipahiko B No. 1B Block, and
along a right line to and along that northern boundary, the
northern boundaries of Sections 2 and 1, Block II, Rotoiti
Survey District, the abutment of Kapukapu Road, and the
northern boundary of Section 9, Block I, Rotoiti Survey Dis-
trict aforesaid, and along a right line being the last-mentioned
boundary produced to the middle of the aforesaid Mangorewa
River, the point of commencement.
As the said area is shown outlined in red on the plan
marked S.H.D. 446 deposited in the office of the State Hydro-
electric Department at Wellington.

of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 30th day of July 1957.
