A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the First
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and the land de-
scribed in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a
public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 5th day of August 1957.
FIRST SCHEDULE
LAND TAKEN FOR ROAD
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District
containing 2 roods 15·6 perches, situated in Block VI,
Whangaroa Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part
Lot 2, D.P. 20615, being part Allotment 22, Totara Parish; as
the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 153926 (S.O. 40127) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yell-
ow, edged yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE
LAND TAKEN FOR A PUBLIC SCHOOL
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District
containing 4 acres and 11·9 perches, situated in Block VI,
Whangaroa Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part
Lot 2, D.P. 20615, being part Allotment 22, Totara Parish;
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 153926 (S.O. 40127) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 30th day of July 1957.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor,
Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Timaru as from the
date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of
August 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District con-
taining 1·4 perches, situated in the City of Timaru, Canterbury
R.D., being part Lot 52, D.P. 3430, being part Rural Section
2282; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 153964 (S.O. 8714) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
orange.

ALL that piece of road in the Taranaki Land District contain-
ing 10·9 perches, situated in Block II, Waitara Survey Dis-
trict, Taranaki R.D., adjoining or passing through part
Ngatirahiri 4H Block; as the same is more particularly deline-
ated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152890 (S.O. 8791) deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured green.
