A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and also hereby resume the land described in the Third Schedule hereto and allocate the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.
