PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land in the Taranaki Land District containing 0·58 perch, situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki R.D., and being Lot 5, D.P. 8025, being part Section 27s, Huatoki Settlement, and being part of the land in Proclamation No. 2196, Taranaki Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated 8 April 1957 and published in Gazette, 11 April 1957, No. 28, page 621, proclaiming (inter alia) land as road in Block III, Patutahi Survey District, and Block XV, Waikohu Survey District, in so far as it affects the areas of 0·1 perch fourthly described and 3·6 perches twentiethly described in the First Schedule to the said Proclamation; and hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of land in the Gisborne Land District, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:

0 0 0·01 Part Lot 1, D.P. 1776, part Section 86, Patutahi Rural, Block III, Patutahi Survey District; coloured blue on plan.
