Land Subject as to Parts to a Lease Taken for an Aerodrome
in Block III, Waimea Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, subject as to parts to lease 3455, Nelson Land Registry, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of July 1957.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the Nelson Land District, situated in Block III, Waimea Survey District, Nelson R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
65 2 30 Part Section 86, District of Suburban South; coloured sepia on plan.
50 2 0 All the land on D.P. 3203, being Section 96, District of Suburban South; coloured blue on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the Nelson Land District, situated in Block III, Waimea Survey District, Nelson R.D. described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
38 2 0 Part Sections IV and 86, District of Suburban South; coloured sepia on plan.
11 3 5 Section 113, District of Suburban South; coloured orange on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153906 (S.O. 10018) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of July 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I also declare that this proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of July 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 20 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, being Lot 4, D.P. 12938, being part Section 9, Watts Peninsula District. All certificate of title, Volume 509, folio 197, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of July 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 30·4 perches, situated in Block IV, Waitemata Survey District, Borough of East Coast Bays, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 145, D.P. 13311, being part Allotment 182, Takapuna Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153889 (S.O. 40121) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 11 perches, situated in Block V, Glenkenich Survey District, Otago R.D., being part Section 16; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153859 (S.O. 12441) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of July 1957.
