A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Public Works depot; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of July 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 2 roods 16 perches, situated in the Borough of Whangarei, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 1 to 4 and 27 to 30 (all inclusive), of Section 10 of a subdivision of part Allotment 1, Parish of Whangarei. A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a municipal depot and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland as from the date herein-after mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of July 1957.
