Land Taken for a Public Works Depot in the Borough of Whangarei

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Public Works depot; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of July 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 2 roods 16 perches, situated in the Borough of Whangarei, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 1 to 4 and 27 to 30 (all inclusive), of Section 10 of a subdivision of part Allotment 1, Parish of Whangarei. All certificates of title, Volume 517, folio 117, and Volume 517, folio 134, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a municipal depot and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland as from the date herein-after mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of July 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 6·7 perches, situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotments 13 and 14 of Section 39, City of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153887 (S.O. 39735) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, together with the drainage rights created by memorandum of transfer No. 28976, Nelson Land Registry, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for police purposes (residences); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of July 1957.
