Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the City of Dunedin

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of July 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 3 roods 35·4 perches, situated in the Wakari Survey District, City of Dunedin, and being Lots 1 to 5 inclusive, D.P. 8326, being also part Sections 11 and 13. Part certificate of title, Volume 380, folio 134, Otago Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of July 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of July 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 2 roods 22·2 perches, situated in the City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 4, D.P. 37819. All certificate of title, Volume 1137; folio 167, Auckland Land Registry.
