Crown Land Set Apart for the Development of Water Power in Blocks I, II, III, V, VI, VII, IX, X, XIII, and XIV, Tekapo Survey District, and Blocks X, XIV, and XV, Tekapo North Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development of water power (Lake Tekapo power scheme); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of July 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the water easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 522830, Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of July 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 11 acres and 15Β·5 perches, situated in Block XI, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part land on D.P. 7397, being part Allotment 22, Manurewa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153871 (S.O. 40103) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of July 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 6Β·5 perches, situated in Block XVI, Waihou Survey District, Borough of Paeroa, Auckland R.D., being part Kakanui Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153894 (S.O. 35250) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of July 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 2 roods, situated in Block IX, Christchurch Survey District, and being part Rural Section 1469. All certificate of title, Volume 394, folio 61, Canterbury Land Registry (limited as to parcels).
