for State Housing Purposes in Block I, Belmont Survey

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the purposes of a mental hospital, is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of July 1957.

ALL those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District, situated in Block I, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:
