Land Held for Defence Purposes Set Apart for Buildings of the General Government in Block III, Waimea Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for defence purposes, is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of July 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the Nelson Land District, situated in Block III, Waimea Survey District, described as follows:
A. R. P.
Being
0 1 24 Part Section 84, District of Suburban South.
4 2 36Β·6 Part Section 85, District of Suburban South.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153906 (S.O. 10018) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of July 1957.

Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for Police Purposes in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of July 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 37.7 perches, situated in the City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 160 and 161, D.P. 43833. Part certificate of title, Volume 1022, folio 296, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of July 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, subject to the sewage easement contained in K. 61613, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of July 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 27Β·5 perches, situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of One Tree Hill, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 2, D.P. 38552. Part certificate of title, Volume 1378, folio 19, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of July 1957.
