Land Taken for Road in Blocks IX and X, Tauranga Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of July 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Piara Singh, of Manunui, timber worker, under and by virtue of deferred payment licence, Volume 578, folio 265, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of July 1957.

ALL those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District, situated in Block VI, Hunua Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:
