PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (substation).

ALL that piece of land in the Southland Land District containing 1 rood, situated in Block IV, Campbelltown Hundred, Southland R.D., being part Lot 2, D.P. 3084, being also part Section 6; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153791 (S.O. 6390) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
