A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Putaruru - Upper Atiamuri railway, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road diversions in connection therewith.
