A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of July 1957.

ALL those pieces of land in the Westland Land District, situated in Block IV, Mahinapua Survey District, Westland R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of July 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 11 perches, situated in Block XII, Waitoa Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 10007, being part Hoururangi Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153775 (S.O. 38370) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purpose of a cemetery and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of July 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the Gisborne Land District containing 33·5 perches, situated in Block VIII, Hangaroa Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being part Section 9; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153666 (S.O. 4986) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
