A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public domain described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of July 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Westland Land District containing 3 acres and 35 perches, situated in Block VIII, Mawheranui Survey District, Westland R.D., being Reserve 2006 (formerly part Reserve 1346); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153825 (S.O. 4768) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of July 1957.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for a secondary school, is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of July 1957.

ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block II, Maketu Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for hospital purposes and shall vest in the Grey Hospital Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of July 1957.
